Happy New Year!

Thank you, thank you, thank you...
Truly, 2016 was such a great year for me.
A few highlights:

I received my first Western Canadian Music Award Nomination for Songwriter of the Year and played my first BreakOut West showcase.

The amazing band Bears In Hazenmore offered to put their love into my songs and be my back up band. They are fantastic musicians and some of the nicest people that I have ever met.

I got to share the stage with my wonderful sister Jenna Nash many times this year including at the Regina Folk Festival and the Moose Jaw Cultural Centre, home of the Mae Wilson Theatre
My first creative music video for the song “Deer Head” shot by Creech League Marketing Arts was released through Exclaim! which found it to be the most popular article from July 4th to August 9th on
The fantastic Andino Suns were so kind to ask me to sing on the title track of their latest album, Madera.
I was lucky enough to have received funding from Creative Saskatchewan and the Saskatchewan Arts Board. Thank you.
To close off an incredible year, I got to share the stage with Rosie & the RivetersBelle PlaineEliza Mary Doyle, Beth Currie and Paula McGuigan at The Broadway Theatre last night.
Thank you for the ongoing love and support.
Here’s to a great 2017 full of new songs, more music videos, lots of shows, and of course, many rambling stories.
Happy New Year!

Ontario & Quebec Tour - Thank you!

Photo: Cody Punter

My heart is so full.

Thank you to everyone who supported our tour.
To everyone who promoted a show, shared an event, bought a t-shirt, gave us a place to sleep, put food in our bellies, etc... THANK YOU. Thank you to Kelsey Chabot and Alix Gowan for creating the tour poster. Thank you to Band on a Couch for recording videos for us. Can't wait to see the videos.

And a huge thank you to Bears In Hazenmore for putting their hearts into my songs, putting up with me in a van for 30 hours straight, and for being ridiculously kind and supportive. I'm honoured to call you my back up band and so happy to be able to call you my friends.
